[#3241542]

This guy really grinds my gears and in conjunction with Kirsty Allsop is tempting me to smash my radio.

Kirsty can do no wrong

Frankly she's the very living embodiment of pretty much everything that's presently wrong with this country.

She oozes arrogant, silver-spooned self-entitlement from every pore. Hideous woman!

I like him.

Thought he was a bit of an ar$e at first, but he is actually quite savvy, especially about media/cultural stuff.

Couldn't stand Simon Mayo when he was on Radio 1, but find him quite amusing now he can be "himself" on R5L

Similar story with Eddie Mair, and back in the good old days of Talk Radio, Tommy Boyd and Anna Rayburn - all acquired tastes (please excuse possible spelling issues).

I can't listen to 5live any more 2-4pm. Richard Bacon annoys me hugely especially his dumb, insistant and frequently wrong-end-of-the-stick questions. Extremely vain as well.

Simon Mayo was so much better on many levels.

I'm not saying that would be my personal choice. I was merely offering an alternative viewpoint ๐Ÿ˜‰

I used to fancy the pants off Richard Bacon. I think I may still do, but haven't seen him for a while.

Dunno who this Kirsty person is.

Bacon, Mayo, Nicky Campbell and bloody Kermode, can't stand any of them.

Bacon is so thick I'm surpised he's allowed out on his own, Mayo is the smuggest man on radio and Kermode is so pleased with himself I'm surprised he doesn't spontainiously combust with self regard.

Nicky Campbell is a borderline psycopath who would be locked away in any sane society instead of being given a microphone.

Allslop is repugnant. Such a self-serving, gloating, egotistical bitch.

Not really got an opinion on Mr. Bacon. He certainly hasn't cheesed me off at any point.

Binners - that second pic of Kerry made something unfurl...

Binners: positive.

Nothing unfurled for me. Then again the only woman who comes within a parsec of making anything unfurl for me is Alex Kingston.

Think yourself lucky. You should have seen the one I was going to post!

It would have had this thread instantly closed, and me definitely banned!

Anyway, I warming to my theme now. You must admit our Kerry has a couple of good points? Certainly more than Kirsty bloody Alsopp

Kerry may photoshop up nicely on the outside but between her ears it looks like this.

[img] [/img]

Know what you mean about Alex Kingston Adam.

Back to the OP.

Bacon = Arse.
Mayo + Kermode = Alright.
Campbell = Potty, but good fun when he's on form.

Peter Allen is the best IMHO.

Yeah, well I pulled Natasha Hamilton and Jenny Frost at the same time, while Kirsty Allsop was out in the rain buying me a house.

it was while I was at uni. They were just starting out and played our halls. I interviewed them for the paper. Mclarnon and the other pecked me on the cheek after, katona went in tongue a-blazing. I didn't get chance to follow it up as in their gig one of their security set off a fire alarm and they did one.

in their contract there was a clause that said if the fire alarm went off they could abandon the gig.

technically I didn't pull her, but still.

and she hasn't been in touch since. :o(
