Does anyone know the name of a manufacturer UK or worldwide who could manufacture me some pannier type bags. Basically, I am looking to have somewhere in the region of 200 - 500 made initially.
Type I am after is similar to Ortlieb or the pannier style bags made by Alpkit.

Would rather find a manufacturer who does not also retail the product, otherwise you are at a risk they just run with the idea themselves.
Kingswood canvas in Bristol will do this. Sketch out what you want with dims and They should be able to make it.

Suspect that their welding kit will be a little on the big side. Long straight welds, not internal.
Structure flex are the go to on this if you do want to check.
Lomo? They have a range of dry bags. Not sure how much they make themselves.

That's not left field at all, it's how Ortlieb started out! Also boat outfitters who make covers might be worth a try.
