If you have a car try the Bridge Inn at Ratho.
If you don't have a car you are stuck wih Krisp Kreme donuts I'm afraid.
How far away is that? He's only got a short time between meetings so max 10 min drive really. Car available!
Good ones near Gyle - good luck with that! At a push, I'd say Frankie and Benny's at the shopping centre - not good but best of a bad bunch

Bridge Inn at Ratho is your best bet. You can easily get there in ten mins by car at lunchtime.
