Doing a little project at work to reduce volumes and cost of equipment waste. Basically items purchased not used then placed into storage which costs money too.
Would like to focus on the word waste...something like
Reduce Material
W - Wait until budgets are approved before requisitioning
A - Accurately estimate quantities required to complete the job
S - Specify your requirements
T - Take responsibility for your materials and equipment
E - Eliminate waste
Or similar.
