After a free video converter to convert MP4 and similar to MP3 files - audio + video. Any recos pls?

Handbrake seems to get the majority of recommendations - it's the one I use for pretty much all my video fiddling.

A bit late but Media player 11 has a built-in, customisable converter. Really simple to use and far faster at converting than some of the other dedicated software I tried.
