Un-chopped = Green?
Therefore no use for this years burning?
Either husky 435 or 435 e (what's the difference?)
I think the 'e' refers to the tool less chain tension adjustment. I've got it on mine and it works pretty well.
You need one of these too (c) Stoner

No idea on angles for Archer chains. I only use Stihl ones now.
They should be 25/30 degree to the bar and like the Oregon ones they might need a slight angle up as well.
The Stihl ones I use are 30 degrees and flat so it makes it a bit easier.
Don't forget to check the bumpers on the chain as well. It the chain is rotating but the saw isn't cutting then the bumpers are likely to need some filing to bring them down a bit. The wood looks like it's getting burnt rather than cut.

I've got plenty of stuff from last summer that'll see me throughout this winter.
Excellent, get busy then. Logging can be fun when you get in the zone.
Seriously though how much is 12 tonnes?? What does an average car weigh?
so anyone got a husky 435, 435e, 240 or 240e?
