I'm using an Opticron scope on a Manfrotto carbon tripod (also have Opticron 10x28 Oasis bins which are great when biking, jersey pocket jobbies)
Scope is on the heavy side but the optics are spot on, excellent value for money if your budget isn't as high as Swarovski/Leica stuff etc.
Got my scope 2nd hand at,

We have this;- Opticron ES80 GA ED Angled Telescope
We've had it over 15 years and it's been brilliant.
You do need to have a look yourself. You will need to try angled or straight and decide what lens/es you want.
Decent Tripod and hide clamp if you haven't got any of this already.
used this lot at the time and for Bino's which we got second hand so worth a look if you're in the area.
