The Honda S2000. Crazy,non-turbo engine,lively handling. Cheaper,more reliable than a Boxster.

Just the job for collecting a kitchen from IKEA

[img] [/img]

Oh and for added impracticality get them to fit a GSX-R 1000 engine into it

Some choices from me....
As your daily drivers; An Aston V600 Vantage Le Mans and a Bentley Continental T Le Mans
[img] [/img]

For popping to the shops; a Works Cooper (My mother had one of these as her first car....lucky girl!)
[img] [/img]

Weekend away car; A DB4 GT Zagato
[img] [/img]

Track day car? Why, a Blower, of course!
[img] [/img]

And, to round off a near perfect garage, an Airportable...!

i saw a bently a few months back on a bivy trip to Rutland, those things are enormous, I mean huge, not just big, they dwarf most 4x4's and the rear bumper was fitted in a seperate post code to the engine.

A prestige classic like a ferrari, bentley, aston etc whilst lovely will literally bleed you dry. Something a bit less glam would be the order of the day imo.

thisisnotaspoon, Oscar India, widebody kit , or POW spec?

The Blowers are amazing. Their performance, to this day, is eye opening! I've been lucky enough to have a go in a couple and that will remain with me! (Never allowed to drive them though! :()

How about a nice Eagle E-Type as well? Perhaps an E-Type Low Drag, too.....

An Italian car of the Seventies, you will be broken and destitute in months, but women will throw themselves at you (possibly)

I raise the stakes 10 million per cent. A Citroen DS Estate. Hearse. In White. I mean come on - a white French hearse....

Hyper cool - looks practical enough to take bikes, but of course it will never get anywhere at all as it is a French car, with expensive technology that breaks often.

I can't quite believe it. Two pictures of Capris and one was the boooring 2.0S and the other the crass 2.8i.

Surely it should the the 3.0S just like the one in The Professionals?

Or, as an alternative...

Nice pictures boys....

I recognise that MG metro 6R4. E264 AAM Sam Nelsons old car, I built it from the ground up, drove it a few times..... David Appleby is driving it in that picture..... A blast from the past, I wonder where she is now?

Lancia Delta Integrale.... did somebody say a "a little too practical"? I had one of those and it was falling apart all time, absolutely the most fun I have had on 4 wheels..... totally bonkers..... just seeing one makes my kidneys hurt, they generate some pretty wild cornering grip.... sold it before I killed myself or someone else!

Renault Alpines are just gorgeous aren't they..........

And everyone should own a VW camper Van at some stage in their life......

Hammer.

All mini running gear plus GRP monocoque, I've had 3 of them (pics not mine - I've none to hand) , great fun weighs nothing, 125mph+ and 65mpg depending on the choice of engine+gearbox.
About a foot lower than a mini, noisy, windup windows if you're lucky and leaked like a sieve when it rained 🙂

First things first. Jap hot hatches are not cool. Not ever. An Integrale wipes the floor with an Impretza as far as cool goes. FACT.

One day I will have an Alfa Romeo. Just about any Alfa will do, TBH, but on Autotrader right now, are 2 exampes of the only car to ever stop me dead in my tracks. I nearly crashed into the central reserve as I filtered off a roundabout right next to one, near Camberley. I need one. Badly. If I had the £20k right now, I'd buy this UK spec car today.

Well I think Alfas are ugly. So there.

aways fancied a landy, like mountaibiking but without the fitness or need for functioning knees.

Fat idiotic Brummies standing about trying to work out how to get their stupid heaps of junk through some muddy puddle so they can mangle up another bit of perfectly good trail whilst their bored family stare out of the windows in the back looking hideously embarrassed.

"Let's OFF ROAD! Yeah!"

🙄
