Sorry for being lazy and not searching... where is the best place to get a decent, lightweight but inexpensive rechargable torch?

I don't want a chinese one that will catch fire when it's charging!

I find it much easier to buy a Chinese torch from DX, and a bunch of rechargeable Li-ion batteries, that way, when the battery goes flat, I just put a new one in and carry on using it. They have an unerring habit of going dead at the most inopportune moment, so I've always got two or three charged batteries. If you have a rechargeable torch, it's unusable for twelve hours while it charges.
