[Closed] rain gear?

recently bought a showers pass double century jacket.
I wore it all day on Saturday and sunday at the weekend. I can honestly say, it kept me dry from the rain, but more than anything, I did not get boil in the bag wet from it. with a pair of goretex shorts I reckon it would make a ideal combo for all day riding in the rain.

Shorts and t-shirt if it's the summer.

If it's the winter, depends how brutal the weather is.

Thanks! I generally hate rain, but am choosing a few tours and will most likely have to prepare to get wet..
