I'm not sure why, but I've just watched the above, is it just me or is Rachel Allen far too smug and pleased with herself? 🙄

she is awful. Seems to have little skill as a chef or is she a cook?

I didn't find her smug, no my overiding impressions were that everything was she thought all her cooking was "gorgeous" and that there was something very dirty about her, in a good way 😈 ....that said I havent seen her for quite a few years
