Yes.
Yes, with the caveat that I'm also a passive indoors type, depending on mood. I'm equally happy on a bike / running / rock climbing / walking / camping / power kiting etc as I am sat in front of the Xbox with a pint and a chip butty. Variety is the spice, and all that.
