I don't really care when the piccy is taken...but 3 weeks gives people time to take a piccy if they so desire.
If you have a bank of photos already, then great, just choose the best.

and I've heard of patience but never experienced it...

Technically all the sky is night sky, the same as it's day, morning evening sky......If the comp was titled 'pics taken in the night of the sky' we could be more specific abut the timing of the pics.

I look outside now and i see the sky, in the morning it will be the same sky..not sure if you understand my point, but it really doesn't matter, i've won, and a pair of FC's undies are on their way to me now.
