I wouldn't have bothered, except that I'm heading down to Brean Sunday or Monday, so it's not much further down the M5 to Bridgewater.
I don't [i]really[/i] need a vice, but I remembered that when I was a kid, we had a big shed at the bottom of the garden, with a Record vice there, and a pillar drill, which got left behind when my mum re-married and we moved. I'll clean this one up, and when I can afford to replace the shonky old sheds in the garden, I'll have a quality vice to go on the bench.
I really wish I had my dad's old one, though... 🙁
Was expecting more booze, hookers and gambling, and fewer nerds. Very disappointed.
