Boring cheese fact, during WW2 the government stated all cheese manufactured had to be a certain type of cheddar nicknamed goverment cheddar, this went on for 9 years after the war during that time we lost a lot of cheese producers & also variety of cheeses that were made in the UK.

Oh & ransos, I did really LOL...
