I hope that's it. Would make sense. Odd that the commentary was that he was enough route to meet other FARC leaders. Would the ICRC be facilitating intra-FARC meetings?

That resort area at the start was stunning. A mix of beauty and decay.

I remember them building that cable car a decade or so ago, I'm sure I've read that it's only used by tourists as its too expensive for the inhabitants of the favella to use. The idea is good that each stop has a service but if it's more expensive than the locals can afford it's pointless.
