Even lots of my local Cornish country lanes are included.

Get ready for the paranoid backlash in the media!

They even went down 2/3 of the Old Guildford road in pirbright which is a muddy track. Evidentidly stopped and did a 3 pt turn when they came across one of the 'pits'.

You can tour all the roads round Snowndon etc now! I love street view!

Blimey! I'm suprised to see how extensive the coverage is. Didn't think they'd pass my place.

that is brilliant! Has the res gone up and possibly speedyness of the streetview? Seems much slicker than it used to be.

My house is on it now... down a dead ended country lane.

What is the point?

For one thing, you don't need to listen to estate agents anymore - you can find out if the area is 'up and coming'.

Hmm.. got most of my village but oddly chose to miss my street out 🙁

But I do make an appearance near my work in Dunfermline, walking to Tescos for my lunch 🙂

My street was driven down on the 7th July - there's a newsagent on the end of the street, so I searched the local paper's website for the story on the board outside.

Weird - are you sure - it has [url= http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&geocode=&q=de56+1ds&sll=52.997863,-1.395779&sspn=0.002321,0.004823&ie=UTF8&hq=&hnear=Belper,+Derbyshire+DE56+1DS,+United+Kingdom&layer=c&cbll=53.027293,-1.482475&panoid=Sf4VdzmbaVEgCpZo1XwvTw&cbp=11,274.85,,0,10.1&ll=53.027294,-1.482476&spn=0.000521,0.002411&z=19 ]my road[/url] (an unadopted, very bumpy old road), and seems to have loads of little places like Shottle, Carsington, Blackbrook etc. done pretty thoroughly. Where is it that you can't find?

About 6 months from when I saw the one that filmed me, the pic of my house is slightly before that.

Never really understood why people want to do this, unless you can be seen through the windows having it away with your neighbour's wife or something...?

You should cover it in tracing paper so that people walking by can't see it clearly either:D

Crich and a couple of others on that side of the A6. Nice flagstone road by the way 🙂
