We get BT Sport for free on our SKY package, but the sneaky buggers have added BT Sport Europe automatically and have been billing us £5 a month for the privilege. They have just been pinged by OFCOM for this, so if you phone them up they will cancel it and refund.

BT emailed and posted details of this, or they did to me, with the option to downgrade to BT sport light.

I don't remember seeing it, but its a bit cheeky auto opting you in. Hence the OFCOM ruling I guess.

Amazon got done for it too with their Prime 30 day trial thing.

Just checked my bill - my "free" standard BT Sport was now £4.20 per month, with an extra £5 for the sport Europe package. Just called them - apparently the price has risen for the sport so I am supposed to pay the extra.

I pointe dout that I was offered something for free, and I want it - now have the standard sport for free and the europe channel removed and reimbursed.

Cheeky b*****ds.
