Probably breaching someone's human rights by owning a PS3

Or possibly to do with a patent row between LG and Sony - apparently they've being going tit-for-tat about patent infringements for a while now.

LG claims that Sony PS3s infringe a number of patents relating to the playback of Blu-Ray discs.
