Suddenly my 705 won't connect with my computer to download or upload data. Garmin website is crap, anyone else had the same problem and managed to solve it?

Contact Garmin UK by phone on 00 44 808 238 0000 weekdays 0830-1730. They are great help and know there stuff. When I had this problem it was a conflicting file on my computer.
