I was mids sold PPI on a credit card by sainsburys. I've been complaining for ages, it seems I'm not getting anywere and blinded by terms and conditions. Today I was told the case had gone to the high court and they had no date of when it will be resolved. The credit card was BANK OF SCOTLAND under the name sainsburys. Anyone had a succsesful claim?
