Shoot 'Em Up - dispenses with the whole notion of plot and is just people chasing and shooting other people. Chase, shoot, shoot, chase, murder with carrot, crappy dialogue, more chasing, more shooting.

The Wanderers - Vastly superior to the often acclaimed The Warriors

Bad Boys - Sort of Yank version of Scum with a young Sean Penn (not the Will Smith one)

I see someone mentioned Doc Savage - I'll bet they won't be making the movie of [i]A Feast Unknown[/i], the book by Philip José Farmer that has Doc Savage and Tarzan in it; they'd have to make some pretty savage cuts to get past the censors!
