Our Sky broadband (adsl) has been getting slower and slower to the point that its half a meg on most days.
Looking at Plusnet Fibre, who uses Plusnet fibre and is it reliable?
We've been on plusnet fibre for 8 months here with no issues.
Customer service from them was good at previous house (ADSL) and through moving house.
Been on it for a few years. Had to reset the router last month. That's the only issue I've had with them.
Their speed predictions at two addresses were very accurate (unlike Sky).
Been on PlusNet fibre at 2 houses now - works grand, customer service is stil good. used them in various places since 56k, always been good for me
We use it, not had any reason to use their (apparently good) customer service as it has never stopped or slowed down since the day we had it.
Speed prediction was spot on, and never seems to change.
Very reliable - not for me, but for my mum where I do all technical support.
Just switched to plus net fibre from Sky standard Broadband - works well so far
