Can anyone tell me why my outside tap stopped working today?
One minute, I was cleaning the bike off, then turned the water off. When I went to turn it on again, neither it, nor the kitchen sink water would come on. This lasted about 3 minutes.
Then the kitchen water started up again, but the outside tap will not.
Help...

blockage of some sort. strip down outside tap i think.

if you've got a double check valve in the line somewhere - check that.
