Anyone local to recommend please? Leak from bathroom into hallway 🙁

I use Andrew Parish for big jobs (very reliable and very good) 07507895638 but not sure he'd want to do such a small job.
I have also used AGA and he was very good (and I think he might be more likely to help on a smaller job like this)

Rich welsh is also on facebook and a mountainbiker. Lives just off Tennyson ave, Bilton.
