Yoiks! struggling to find anything under £600 for the 5 of us for 3 nights!
Maybe I'll stick to bivvying and hostels

It's cheap, clean and couldn't be more central. Self catering though I'm afraid.

I can't remember which it was, but we looked a year or so ago and one of the hotels (I think) in the centre does/ did apartments. Worked out cheaper than a hotel.
