Tuna and spring onions then, when almost cooked, pull the toppings away from the middle and crack an egg in there and cook until the egg still has a nice runny yolk.

Slightly below topic, and not sure it's been mentioned before, but I recently discovered this ready rolled dough for when I was camping at the weekend. Allowed me to make 12 pizzas over 2 nights without the space and fast faff of rolling. Really tasty, crisp base and I split each in 2, so that's 4 pizza per roll (£2 currently in Sainsbury's local too)
