...quite apart from any fancy sunsets we might get, the sky is totally clear of contrails, so anyone living under flightpaths, like me, can get some nice shots free of the things for a short time. Plus it's damn quiet, too: I get transatlantic planes, Bristol Lulsgate and RAF Lyneham over me.

Probably, lived in Chippenham all my life and automatically call it that. Still call Middlesex Middlesex despite it officially not existing. I know it's Bristol International Airport, or something like that, but now they've withdrawn flights to the US, that seems a bit...pretentious, somehow.
Anyhow, it's odd to go outside and not see navigation lights going overhead.
