Katie Puckrick on radio six - pass the knitting needles....
The weird thing about Robert Peston is that he now sounds like he's sorted his speech out, but Mark Mardell has started copying his pre-trained vocal style ๐
Liz Kershaw....now that's a voice made for the deaf. Thankfully she also has zero taste in music, (unless you want to hear two hours of mid 90's indie landfill exploring the musical rainbow between The Farm and Northern Uproar) so it's easy to just make sure the radio is off on a Saturday afternoon.
God I Love Katie Puckrick...how could you not like her? Her show is proper amazeballs. She's funny and plays some great music.
I still fancy her from The Word.

I really like Courtney Barnett, very good live as well.Now this croaky voiced Doris makes me want to put acid in my ears...
ITV weather girl
I don't get that one at all. She sounds lovely
It's that elongated croaky 'Heeelllloooo' she does at the start of every broadcast that does me in, and the effected little girly voice she continues with. I've heard her interviewed and she can talk normaly, which sounds OK.
Anne Robinson. And an utterly ridiculous person to boot.
[quote=PrinceJohn ]Sara Cox - a face for radio & a voice that'll make a deaf person shudder.
Oi! Sara is good
liza Tarbuck dear god

she may well be and have great musical taste, however never been able to listn long enough to find out - can't bare her over pronunciated sing song voice and bublegum accent
Sarah Millican.... and Jimmy Carrs laugh.
