Admittedly I’ve never heard of them, but a London based cargo bike courier has banned their riders from wearing helmets.
Thoughts?

N.b. If you could refrain from turning it into a helmets/no helmets debate, and keep it an employee’s not permitted to wear the PPE they prefer, that would be great
