Are these claims a real thing, or is it just legal firms jumping on a non existant bandwaggon? Over the last decade I've had a couple of new Audi's both bought on a VW Audi Finance loan. I assume if it were something, then writing directly to the Finance company will be more cost efficient than going via a Law firm.
Martin lewis provides a template letter.
Anyone any experience / success?

If it was through VW Financial Services they have a claim form online
