getting desperate, does anyone have any inside knowledge on contact phone numbers for parcelforce or relevant customs department.
Package landed in UK on 24th DEC from US postal service and is tracked as being in post office awaiting payment of duty. now sender cannot find out where it is, I'm struggling to find anyway through the P.O. automated phone system that never connects to a human. Local P.O. depot tried to input the USPS tracking number to no avail.
No one seems to have a clue where it might be.

Time to use the sender's insurance?

I've opened a dispute with Paypal and the sender will replace the order, but it seems crazy that I can't even talk to someone in the UK to ask questions!
