Xt Di2 groupset.

On local classifieds for 300 euros with cables, junctions boxes, battery, charger.

Not sure it is a good idea on a Rallon but always wanted it.

Mr Pea is a plumber and heating engineer so sometimes needs to use a dust mask... when he tried to buy a couple last week, it turns out people have been panic buying them in packs of 50. I’m not sure a dust mask will even protect you from a virus?

The shelves of antibacterial soap in our Sainsbury's were stripped bare yesterday, but I never buy antibacterial soap on principle.

not exactly “panic” buying but we’ve manage to collect four 1 kilo bags of espresso coffee beans from lidl @ £8 a bag (it’s part of their italian season and it’s rather nice coffee)

I better skip up an grab some, they’re not bad at all, although probably not fartisan enough for ahem some stw’ers 🙂

The pasta aisle was a bit empty yesterday at my local supermarket in Munich.

Not many deliveries from Italy getting through.

I bought some Italian salami, a few bottles of red.

Was in Lidl just now and felt the panic. So bought tomatoes and kale. Don’t really like kale, but you never know eh.

Going to get a load of paint and decorating stuff in.. If we have to self isolate at least we can get on with the decorating.. (Not just an excuse to buy face masks without looking like I'm a prepper)

I'm just planning to make inroads in the 4kg of self raising flour we appear to have accumulated.

Drop scones everyday. It'll be ace.

I'm waiting for the Uber sale to get my pads - just down to 1 spare set for the missus MTB, and just a pair for mine.

I won't be panic buying anything else.

Some nice chedder with mango and Stilton, crisps and nuts, beans tuna plus bag of flower
If it gets really bad I shall borrow couple of hundred gallons of beer from work and spend a few weeks sitting the beach getting smashed.
The only advantage to living on an island shithole is the 1 road bridge on and off which I am assured will be blown to smithereens once the expected pandemic reaches Portsmouth hopefully be warm enough for windsurfing by then

Done all my necessary panic buying yesterday, 5 bags of Kimchi, 4 boxes local eggs (usually double yolks), large chunk of Loch Arthur Chedder, two pots double cream, coriander and chillies....that's scrambled eggs for breakfast/lunch for the next 10 days sorted.

Actually thats no different to my usual shopping trip so meh...

I've just put a bigger chunk than normal into my S&S isa. I may even go totally mad and move another big chunk of cash savings in too in a couple of days.

Oh also bought two bottles of red from aldi.

Good times!

I picked up a cordless disc cutter they other day. I'm quite please with it although the dust guard doesn't work properly (I've contacted the manufacturer so fingers crossed).

In the fridge - how very middle class (both the keep it in the fridge and to try and crop it out of the photo)

I'm still in touch with my working class roots and keep my ketchup in the cupboard.

CFH has never ventured below stairs so doesn't know cook keeps the condiments.

Ran out of normal tea bags today, with only decaf left I was persuaded to go to Morrisons and do a week's shop. I assume most people either ain't panic buying or can't afford to panic buy as it was as horrible as usual but no worse.

There was one chap with a worried look on his face, giant bag of pasta, uht milk, scooping up cans of stuff. He had the air of a worried squirrel about him.

I panic bought a Skywatcher Skymax Maksutov telescope. It's not due for delivery for another few weeks (hopefully in time for my birthday), but I'm hoping to survive long enough to get a look through it.

Oh, and I'm probably responsible for the awful weather now because of this purchase.

Sorry

C.
