I have the above Plasma TV with an SD card slot. Its good for setting up slideshows of photos but does does anyone know if it accepts other formats such as .mov, .avi etc for video?
I know I can RTFM but its at home and I will get a better explanation from the STW oracle!

I believe it only plays AVCHD which is what you get from panasonic camcorders.

Can I convert other formats to AVCHD (I believe there are converters around)
It may be more hassle than its worth however!

I looked into this briefly and I think its possible but the TV might require very specific AVHCD files coded exactly like the camcorder format. Lot of faff, shame as it could be a useful feature.
