Can anyone recommend a simple, free, small sized app that has the simple photo editing functions that PSP5 had.. no bloatware please.

PSP 5 was a truly great bit of software - batch conversion and everything.
Photoshop Elements may be the answer - depends specifically what features you want though.

PSP5 is dragable 🙂 if you have it, copy'n'paste the PSP in the prog files folder into your new pc and create a desktop shortcut to psp.exe. I still run it on XPpro. Mail me if you need anything 😉
