It started slightly higher up the inside of my right arm but has now settled on the base/to the left of the main tendons running into the hand where the hand base meets the wrist (if this makes sense)?
Hand on bars its quite painful when putting pressure on but knuckles down- no pain.
It looks like the median nerve? and I 'think' its possible RSI related?
How do you alleviate? I've tried a fair bit of pressure/massage and adjusted my keyboard at work.
ice cube massage, anti-inflamatories
I use to suffer too. Get some Ergon grips and it will be fine.
