Is it possible to top up an Oyster card online for use today?
I can't see a way. It seems to say credit available tomorrow.

No it's not possible.
You can do it today from a station.
I don't bother with oyster anymore, just use my contactless card. Get charged the same and unused funds sit in my account rather than TFL's.
As above. Just use a contactless debit card. Works a treat.
I'm not trusting TFL with my bank account. They managed to over charge me on an Oyster trip and they expect me to go to West Brompton from Epsom to get a refund.
The whole thing seems a con, it just means TFL get the world's biggest interest free loan.
It's possibly too late now, but setting up auto-topup at a designated station is the easiest way. Mine tops-up at Hammersmith, because it's the first station I always go from when in London, the car park at King's Mall being the most convenient for the M4.
