Just thought I would ask the hive mind if any one knows a way of using outlook calendar as a good way of planning appointments with agenda, and then add feedback/report with ability to add follow ups or add through to microsoft planner.
Hope home working is going great for the homeworkers.

So a basically you need a CRM without investing into one?
You certainly can bodge together which works with one to few people if they act nicely. I'd use Categories (colour coding) of appointments to classify them (by customer or by status), and record notes and tasks to a Onenote notebook (tags are nice).
