My annual policy has just run out and I cant help but notice there must currently be a lot of people dealing with their own policies at the moment
So which companies have been helpful and which just take your cash?
Even better:
Where are you stuck?
Who are you insured with and what have they done to help?
Which airline are you with and what have they done?

I've gone with dogtag for the past couple of years. They cover all the potentially stupid things (from a health and safety, not enjoyment point of view) we like to do like mountain biking, road cycling, windsurfing, sailing, climbing, coasteering etc... No problems either.
