I noticed this problem with my laptop screen about 2 weeks ago.
I've tried a fresh install of Windows, drivers, etc, it has not been fixed.
When I connect to an external monitor the picture is fine.
Is my screen buggered?
It is a Samsung X460, and just over a year old. (out of warranty)

Dunno, cos I can't get that 'fotopic' page to load.
