Did anyone else find the oscars unwatchable this year, and the in memoriam section rather insincere and borderline disrespectful, blink and you'd miss half of them, hardly a fitting tribute.

Do you know what, usually I find statements like that a bit bitter and cynical, but it was about on the money I reckon.
With so few films released in the last 12 months and 'the obvious' it was always going to be a bit of a damp squib.
