The answer is after the click bait headline.

The person whose bodycam captured the ordeal was fired after an internal investigation by the Orlando Police Department. Officer Dennis Turner had not followed the correct protocol, which states that a police officer must have their supervisor's approval to arrest any child under the age of 12

What does "misbehaving in class" mean in this instance? Did she use a bad word, set someone's hair on fire, any idea?

That’s what I was wondering. The guy who cuffed (with zip ties) her and lead her to the cop car.

And what about the school who, presumably, called the police because a six year old was misbehaving?

Just following protocol I guess? all suspects MUST be restrained when arrested? Probably assumed the other guy already had authorisation when he requested the arrest? Nowhere does it say the nature of the misbehaviour. Someone must’ve thought it serious.

No idea, but this is in America. Not to make rash generalisations or anything, but for all we know she could have pulled a gun on the teacher.

I know that kids can be utter monsters, but surely for the police to arrest a child, it would have to be a criminal charge, not something that a school psychologist would normally deal with.

Cop's been fired.

Seems it's the second time he's done this, too.

I guess by these you mean 1 police officer, in town, in state in USA as opposed to every police officer world wide.

Said police officer was fired it tells you that in the article but the click bait headline Is too dramatic and stops people reading.
