[#7536316]

Grrrrrrrr. Ordered 2 sliding doors which were delivered on Tuesday. I was out walking the dog, so Mrs H signed for them.
Now, this may be our fault but I've only just opened them to fit, and there's only one door.
But the receipt and there website says, only sign after checking its correct and in good condition.
I've tried phoning but they have shut for Xmas, also phoned Paypal but they're closed as well.
Now, I'm hoping they just come good after Xmas, but where do I technically stand if there's any bother. If things get daft how do I proceed?
I've had a quick look at the old Distance selling regs, and I think I'm correct in thinking that I can cancel an order up to 7 working days after I've received it, so that would be about the 4th January because of weekends and bank hols.
I dont want to go down this road, but I want to know where I stand.
Not quite the start I wanted for Christmas.

Thanks.

Don't panic!

Wait until they're back and call them.

Nah, cant see it being that, the invoice says 2 on it. I'm hoping they do the right thing, just wondered where I stood after signing to say we'd received 2.
I'm only asking for advice because by the time I do get to talk to them, will be a while after we'd taken delivery.

The invoice may say two, but what does the delivery note say?
It does sound like you're panicking. You can't do anything for a few days so chill out and enjoy winterval!
