[Closed] Online Literacy & Numeracy Test?

There used to be a Government website where you could enter your qualifications (e.g. 11 'O' Levels), then take a literacy & numeracy test, and it would score you with respect to your qualifications (e.g. ‘literacy & numeracy above that indicated by qualifications’).
Does anyone know of anything similar?
