I have an evening in brighton coming up any recomendations on sights to see, I will be taking my bike and must stay sober.

Stanmer Park and the Downs - there's organised rides there on Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays currently. You'll find someone willing to show you around most of the time in any event.

Terre a Terre is a great restaurant if you want to eat somewhere a bit 'different'.

See if there's anything on at the Dome, one of the best venues in the UK imo.

Get up onto the South Downs Way and head towards Eastbourne. In most valleys you will find a village with a pub selling delicious Harveys Ale.

Stanmer for some sun trails, south downs for more open xc stuff...
