I wholeheartedly agree with this statement. There SHOULD be a parenting exam where only people within sensible bounds can have kids!

Problem is there aren't enough sensible people to have enough kids to keep the population stable, so we rely on morons breeding to keep us in future workers! Thankfully regression to the mean limits stops morons breeding us out....
