Depends how " Old Skool " you want to go ....

Personally I like the Trojan label

Conquerer for example

You can't beat a bit of[url=

Harry J All Stars

and not forgetting Dave and Ansel Collins

Most of mine is on compilation cd now but still have vinyl - faves are
The Source feat. Candi Statton - You got the love
4 Hero - Mr Kirk's Nightmare
Ratpack - Searchin' for my rizla (but hard to dance to)
Prodigy - Out of Space
Altern-8 - Evapor-8
Baby Ford - Fetish (I used to ring Radio 1 every weekend and ask for this - guess what? they never played it)

Dance music is still what is in the cd player most of the time - although I do like a bit of opera, Floyd (of course) and some other guitar-ey stuff.

That's embarassing. It's like listening to my dad. What makes it even worse is the fact that it comes from Henry Rollins who should ****ing know better

I've met the drummer from The Beloved at a party a while back. Nice guy, he went on to manage Radiohead for a while.

Karinofnine - I was there too. Do you remember the bell end who climbed into the rafters and stopped the rave till they talked him down?

Northern Exposure 1 and 2 regularly get a run out on the playlist.

As for early 90's, I wish I had a tape deck so I could re-live some classic Lenny D ("No women allowed") and Kenny Ken moments.
