This is my great grandparent’s wedding photo taken just before WW1. I’ve also got photos of their son (my grandad) in his battle gear during WW2. He had a permit to carry his camera to the front so there are loads of shots of very young looking guys in ill fitting uniforms sat on various walls in Northern Europe.

Check out the big hats, the fierce looking old ladies and the row of Salford’s finest outdoor shit houses behind them.

Anyone else got any?

My Grandad was quite a serious cyclist when he was younger.
