Why are some things in that irritatingly faint blue colour?
I've read all the stories in the recent posts sidebar, why is one in pale blue?

And why are some forum usernames in blue almost at random? There seems no reason to any of this to me.

Can anyone explain this. And yes I did ask in the shiny new forum discussion sticky.

I *think* it's threads/links you've recently visited. I've no idea of "recent", maybe an hour or two. I just tried the 2020 bluebell thread and it's changed from black to blue.

Yep. Think the lighter blue is stuff you've visited

Or it's a couple of incompatible plugins fighting again

It's to signify big hitting in progress.

Like I say, I've read all of them...
Why are some thread page numbers in blue rather than black when I visited them?
Why is it that faint blue instead of a colour that is more legible?
It's like when you go into your profile edit page and find a dark blue button with dark grey text in it...

You didn't press that did you?

It makes text go light blue

Remember, the forum is absolutely free. You can't expect it to work as well.

That's weird - the bluebell thread link is still blue (sic) but this one had returned to black even though I'd visited it more recently. Seems more likely to be two plugins having a tussle.

As to why it's blue? Because that's what the plugin that wins wants it to be probably. Yes, it's all but illegible, but that doesn't matter - I won!

Have you tried reading threads from a few years ago?
