The foam pad has started to come away from the frame of my Oakley a frame goggles, seems that the glue has failed after 10 years dammit!

Does anybody know if this is replaceable, repairable etc?

Give Oakley a call / email... If repairable they will generally do so at minimal cost.

Or they'll tell you to superglue it

I wouldn't use superglue, it's brittle when it hardens. The foam strip would have had a double-sided adhesive strip on the back, and foam degrades over time as well, I would suggest going to Homebase or somewhere similar and buying a roll of double-sided carpet tape, cutting a thin strip the exact size of the foam, then cleaning off any traces of foam/adhesive on the frame, stick the adhesive strip on, then put the foam back on.
